Scientific Research

We hear and read both some great advices and less great advices from different channels about how we can improve our physical and psychological wellness. We can not always rely on the information we receive in various ways and in my opinion we shouldn’t always just disregard information either. So what to do?

I, myself have been looking into and reading many psychological studies from 2014 going forward to find out what science advise us in regards to personal development and mental wellbeing. Not everybody finds it interesting to dive into studies that professionals are writing often for other professionals.

I decided to share my findings going forward with you. The posts in the category psychological studies will include my finding while peeking into these type of studies. I hope that you find it interesting and helpful. Please let me know what subjects within mental wellness interests you either by commenting or emailing me at info@www.loveandmind.com.
